What is this
VegOasis is an mobile application for easy discovery of vegetarian-friendly restaurants nearby. You might find this helpful if you are
- looking to dine in at a restaurant offering only vegetarian options
- looking for restaurant with at least some vegetarian options (say a group of people taking care of their vegan friends)
- looking for specific options (vegan, vegetarian, lacto-ovo-vegetarian, lacto-vegetarian, ovo-vegetarian, no allium)
What do I do
- Delivered a MVP published on Google Play (beta) & TestFlight in collaboration with 2 UI/UX designers and 1 senior software engineer
- Transformed Figma designs into functional prototypes using Flutter
- Implemented UIs such as registration, bookmark, map, search, user page, etc.
How it started
- Swiped through a sea of threads and discovered someone looking for Flutter developers
- Not knowing what exactly is the project plus having a lot of free time, I reached out, and now working on it
